Description
Bouquet Pea Soup. This illustration features a delicate bouquet of forget-me-nots, pink clover, and wild daisies, carefully arranged in an iconic Habitant pea soup can—a true nod to our local culture.
Note: Pea soup is not just a sugar shack dish! Historically, "pea soup" was used as a derogatory nickname for French Canadians. The term "pissou" is a corruption of the expression.
High-quality giclée print of a work by Quebec illustrator Vincent Tourigny.
Frame not included.
