Shipping and pickup

Your orders are carefully prepared in our shop on St-Hubert Street and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

In-store pickup — Free
6572 Saint-Hubert Street, Montréal. We email you as soon as your order is ready.

Bike delivery in Montréal — $8
For addresses in the area served by La roue libre, our cargo-bike delivery partner. At checkout, the site tells you whether your address is eligible.
If you're not home, the parcel is left in a safe place. Locked building door? Add your phone number when you order.
The courier makes one delivery attempt only.

Shipping in Quebec — $10
Free shipping on orders of $150 or more.
Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days, with tracking number.

Shipping elsewhere in Canada — $14.99
Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days, with tracking number. Remote areas may involve extra fees; we will contact you if needed.

Outside Canada — On request
Our Canadian-made products can travel! Email info@arloca.com with the products you want and your address, and we will calculate the shipping cost for you.

Good to know

  • Some bulky items may involve extra fees or be available for pickup only.
  • Shipping fees are taxable.
  • A parcel returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address will be reshipped at your expense.
  • Once the carrier marks a parcel as delivered, Arloca cannot be held responsible for a lost or stolen parcel.
