We accept exchanges on new, unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of purchase.
Products on sale cannot be exchanged.

EXCHANGE
We accept to exchange the unused product in its original packaging within 15 days of purchase.
Products on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
For sanitary reasons, some products cannot be exchanged.
Shipping costs for the return are not refunded and will be paid by the customer. To avoid these costs, you can return the product in its original packaging to the store with the electronic invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise appears to be used or in poor condition.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
